The Kids Club is aimed at younger climbers, aged from 8 - 16, who are not eligible or able to climb unsupervised in the centre. All our sessions use the NICAS (National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme) as the basis of our teaching. NICAS is a national scheme based on 5 different levels. All young people new to the sport have to join at level 1 and then progress through the scheme. The objectives of the club are: To provide a supervised environment where young people can enjoy the sport. To teach safety, awareness, and responsible climbing at all times. To help with the continued development of young climbers.
