Strength and Conditioning
Our Strength and Conditioning classes are based on developing all round fitness to help you get the most out of your time at MECW. We will be covering everything from core strength, flexibility, muscle growth, stamina, injury prevention and power training.
All climbers will experience the feeling of not improving and most climbers will live with that and end up getting bored, injured or give up climbing completely. Improving your overall fitness and strength will help you overcome these problems.
These classes will cater for all levels of climbers from novice to expert, anyone can achieve great results when attending these classes.
Strength and Conditioning classes are one hour long and run on Tuesdays at 6:45pm and 8pm.
