We have weekly classes on Strength and Conditioning Training for Climbers every Tuesday 19:30 – 20:30, as well as private gym sessions and coached climbing which can be booked individually or as a group.

Strength and Conditioning training is based on developing all-round fitness to help you get the most out of your climbing. In these classes we cover everything from core strength and mobility, to power training in order to improve your overall fitness and help you reach the next level of climbing. These classes are great for climbers and gym users of all levels, as our coach will guide you through the correct form and techniques to help with achieving your goals. The same goes for our private coached sessions, which will be tailored to suit the specific needs of each individual.
