We are glad to be able to welcome you back into the centre! Please book a 2 hour timed session in advance if you would like to climb with us on a weekday evening (from 5.30pm onwards) or anytime at the weekend.
Booking is not required on weekdays during the day, but we will ask everyone to leave the building at 5pm when timed sessions begin. There is more detailed information about the way we are operating due to the pandemic at the bottom of the page.
If you are new to our centre, please click here to register.
Due to the current pandemic situation the following measures are in place:
* Any adult wishing to supervise an under 18 must be registered with Mile End Climbing Wall as either: a competent Rope Climber or as having completed our Introduction to Bouldering course.
In addition to our regular terms and conditions, please note the following:
Pre-booked single sessions - If you have pre-booked and paid for a single session, you need to give us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or move that session (it will only be moved once and will not be refunded if it has already been moved).
Sessions booked with a pre-paid membership - If you have booked a session with your pre-paid membership and wish to move it or cancel it we require 24hrs notice. People who book sessions with their prepaid memberships and do not turn up will be contacted. If it becomes an ongoing problem we will cancel your pre-paid membership as it's not fair on others who may wish to use a space that you are holding on to.
Sessions booked with a pack of 10 climbs – Same cancellation rules apply (24 hours’ notice required). A climb will be taken off your pack upon booking the session. If you do not turn up for the session, the climb will not be reinstated.
Please Note: Shoe hire is not included in the price of these sessions.
Please DO NOT enter our premises if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19. If you are showing symtoms and have recently been to our centre, please contact us on 020 89800289 and inform us straight away.
In line with industry standards and government guidelines, everyone entering and leaving the building will be expected to wash their hands and sanitise regularly. We will provide extra hand washing and sanitising stations in order to facilitate this.
A full COVID-19 risk assessment is available here.
